Chicken Noodle Casserole with Broccoli

This is a kid friendly casserole and feeds a crowd.
8 ounces egg noodles
3/4 pound broccoli, fresh, roughly chopped
1 pound chicken breast, boneless and skinless
1 can (10 ounces) Cream of Chicken soup, low sodium, low fat
1 cup milk, 1% fat
1 1/2 cups cheese, cheddar, light, shredded
1/4 cup bread crumbs
Spray a 9 X 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook pasta according to package directions (about 8 minutes). Just before pasta is done, place chopped broccoli in with the pasta and cook for a minute until just barely tender. Drain water from pasta and broccoli. Meanwhile, cut chicken into one inch cubes. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add oil and chicken and cook for about 3 minutes, turning once. Add soup and milk and stir. Add pasta and broccoli to chicken mixture and stir. Pour pasta mixture into prepared baking dish. Top with cheese and bread crumbs and bake for 15 minutes until cheese is melted.
