Melon Salad with Mint and Honey

Use whatever melon looks good at the market. You can shortcut it by buying the pre cut melon in the produce section usually near the pre packaged lettuce.
1 cup honey dew melon, cut
1 cup cantaloupe, cut
1 cup watermelon, seedless, cut
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons mint leaves, chopped
Cut each melon and remove the seeds and rind. Cut into bite size cubes and place in a medium bowl. Drizzle with honey and top with chopped mint leaves. Toss and serve.
